Time Required: 

* September to October and night of event.

* 3 to 5 hours to prepare for event

* 5 hours at event

 

Summary: 

* Ask Legacy community for donation of prizes

* Find an MC or be the MC of event

* Update Event Detail for logistics, communication and volunteer needs

* Monitor volunteer sign up

* Pick up items at Costco, Harris Teeter, as needed

* Make posters and Thursday folder flyers to advertise event

* Attend October PTO meeting to discus plans
