PTO Board Contact:  VP Fundraising

 

Time Required: 

* 4-5 hours collecting and processing box tops

 

Summary: 

* Provide updated collection numbers for each PTO meeting

* Work with PTO VP Fundraising to research programs and confirm retail program details

* Manage the communication of the programs to Legacy community

* Promote the programs within Legacy

* Collect Box tops, count, and track numbers by classes for contests

* Organize and Promote at least 2 box top contest per school year

* Set up rewards for top performing classes
