PTO Board Contact:  VP Fundraising

 

Time Required: 

* Heaviest in August and September

* Must be able to work at Back to School night and Meet the Teacher events in August to sell/promote spirit wear

* 2 to 3 hours per week during sales and distribution time

 

Summary: 

* Work with VP Fundraising to select fall and spring spirit wear (clothing & products with Legacy's logo and name)

* Obtain approval on the design from the PTO Board

* Pricing Strategy

* Order shirts and serving as Legacy's liaison to spirit wear suppliers

* Attend school events to promote/sell spirit wear

* Manage distribution of orders
